Lakehead University is an innovative university established in 1965 with campuses in Thunder Bay and Orillia, Ontario, Canada. Lakehead University, shortened to Luis popular for giving representation and for their commitment towards indigenous students. The university has undergraduate programs, graduate programs, the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law, the only internationally accredited (AACSB) business school in northern Ontario and is home to the western campus of the Northern Ontario School of Medicine. All the institutions are known for their high impact learning practices and state of the art research facilities and outcome. The main campus in Thunder Bay has about 7,900 students and a new extended campus in Orillia, located about 150  kilometers north of Toronto and has about 1,400 students.
