Vancouver Community College is one of the oldest public community colleges in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, founded in 1965. The College has a student population of 22,000 from over 40 countries in the world. They offer diploma, certificate and associate degree programs for students and the campus hosts around 300 international students. The VCC has three campuses in Broadway, Downtown and Annacis Island. The campus includes accommodation facilities in the form of apartments and homestays which are both furnished and unfurnished. Part time work of 20 hours a week is permitted to students, which can be used to cover basic living expenses.
