The Cégep de la Gaspésie et des Îles is a bilingual (French and English) public institution for higher educationlocated at the eastern tip of Québec, Canada. The Cegep was established in the year 1967 and is situated at one of the top 20 destinations to visit in the world. The university has 4 campuses including the École des pêcheset de l’aquaculture du Québec (Quebec’s School of Fisheries and Aquaculture) with a student population of about 1250. The students are provided academic support measures including personal academic counseling, a guidance service and teacher-student tutoring.
